Upon receiving the product, we recommend opening the package, allowing the bird’s nest to air out briefly, then storing it again in a clean, airtight container.

Processed using retort technology and modern hygienic equipment to inhibit microbial growth and ensure food safety, allowing the product to remain stable at room temperature.
3. Hygiene & Quality
All production stages follow strict hygiene controls. The product is packaged ready to drink and requires no additional preparation.
4. Usage and Storage
Ready to drink and suitable for room-temperature storage in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, it is best consumed immediately. If not finished, refrigerate and consume within a short period.
5. Natural Sediment
Fine sediment that may appear is a natural characteristic of bird’s nest and does not indicate product damage.
C. Complaints & Returns
Complaints must be submitted within 1×24 hours after the product is received, accompanied by an unboxing video as proof. Products that have been opened and/or used cannot be returned.
